Our structured, simulation-driven design and measured validation methodology ensures custom antennas match exact specifications.
We begin by aligning on your platform constraints: frequency bands of interest, target range/coverage patterns, physical size limitations, weight limits, and environmental criteria. Our engineering team conducts an initial consultation to translate these platform parameters into formal, rigorous antenna specifications.
We design and optimize the antenna geometry utilizing high-performance CST Microwave Studio and ANSYS HFSS suites. Before constructing any hardware, we model return loss (VSWR), realized gain, and beam patterns. We share these simulated plots with your team so you approve the estimated performance on screen first.
Using our in-house mechanical and prototyping capabilities, we fabricate antenna feeds, reflectors, matching networks, and radomes. Because simulation and fabrication are managed under one roof, we execute rapid prototyping iterations without the bottlenecks of external mechanical lead times.
We do not rely solely on software models. Every prototype undergoes measurement in our VNA lab and on our Outdoor Antenna Test Range (OAR). You receive actual measured VSWR curves, S-parameter matrices, and radiation pattern plots (co-pol/cross-pol, azimuth and elevation) mapped against the original simulation.
We deliver flight-ready or field-deployable hardware accompanied by a comprehensive technical dossier and test report. We offer direct engineering support for structural integration onto your aircraft or vehicle platform. For volume orders, we transition smoothly to Build-to-Print or Build-to-Specification contract manufacturing models.
