Our custom-built outdoor range enables high-accuracy real-world measurement of antenna radiation patterns, realized gain, and beamwidth across the UHF to C-Band spectrum. This infrastructure allows us to publish actual measured data, rather than simulation models, in every product datasheet.
Equipped with calibrated Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), our laboratory facilitates complete automated measurement of S-parameters, VSWR, and return loss. Every passive component and antenna feed is individually validated on our test benches to guarantee compliance with the specification.
Our specialized workstations run industry-leading electromagnetic software, including CST Microwave Studio and ANSYS HFSS. We perform full-wave frequency-domain and time-domain simulations of standalone antennas, arrays, radomes, and platform-installed configurations prior to machining.
Our in-house fabrication capability includes precision mechanical assembly, 3D printing, and composite fiberglass radome modeling. Keeping mechanical prototyping under one roof guarantees rapid design-build-test iteration cycles and eliminates external logistics dependencies.
We offer our Outdoor Antenna Test Range (OAR) and VNA bench measurement capabilities as a standalone service. If you need patterns, VSWR, or gain verification for customer-supplied antennas, contact our laboratory staff.
